  • The Program is only valid within participating  Espresso & Level2  outlets within Pakistan

  • All customers are entitled to a free Espresso Circle Brown Card as part of the normal mode of sale. To Join our free Loyalty Program, you must first register yourself at www.espressocoffeehouses.com/circle. After registration you will receive a whatsapp msg within 2-5 business days with further details.

  • Upon purchase, if you present a valid Espresso Circle Card, you will be awarded points against your Rupee value according to the chart Below.

You cannot earn points for any prior purchases

  • Visit Level2 or Espresso, 12 or more times in one calendar month to get upgraded to the Gold circle for free. Status is valid for 2 months if 12 or more visits in the following month are not maintained.

  • Espresso Circle Platinum Card will be available soon at a cost.

  • Only valid Espresso Circle Cards will be accepted. No other forms of cards or digital copies will be deemed valid.

  • One Espresso Circle card can be used to earn points per bill and can only be used only once per day.

How do I redeem my Rewards?

  • In order to redeem points, you must present a valid Espresso Circle Card at the point of sale.

  • 1 point is equal to Rs.1

  • At the time of redemption, One Espresso Circle Card can be used per bill. No other deals or discounts may be used in conjunction.

  • In any single translation points can be redeemed or earned, both cannot be executed.

  • One redemption per card per day.

Additional Information

  • Points can be earned or redeemed for dine-in and takeaway orders only.

  • Espresso Circle Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  • Espresso Circle Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Espresso Circle Card to anyone else.

  • We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  • By participating in our loyalty program you give consent to send emails and messages via our marketing channels. 

  • 1000 bonus points will be added up to 24 hours before the day of your birthday as stated at the time of your registration. Card has to be used once in the last 6 months from your birthday. 

  • We may discontinue our Espresso Circle Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at www.espressocoffeehouses.com/circle

  • We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at www.espressocoffeehouses.com/circle. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to our Loyalty Program in Pakistan and are governed by the appropriate laws.
